Mike Foddrill joined the Center for Health Policy in June 2007 as project manager for the Indiana Healthcare Reform Project. In this role, he facilitates and coordinates a faculty study group that is developing recommendations on ways to improve Indiana's healthcare system.
In his previous position, Mr. Foddrill was program director for the Partners in Policymaking Academy for the Indiana Governor's Council for People with Disabilities. This program provided advocacy and leadership training to people with disabilities and their families. He also worked on the Count Us IN project which surveyed all of Indiana’s polling places to ensure that they were in compliance with the Help America Vote Act. Previously, he worked for Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana as a Disability Resource Specialist.
Mr. Foddrill serves on the Board of Directors of the United Cerebral Palsy Association of Greater Indiana and the Indianapolis Mayors Advisory Council on Disability. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Xavier University and a Master’s in Public Administration from the Indiana University School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
